Rory Buck

Rory is a retired, internationally ranked, swimmer having competed at the Commonwealth games  and having won multiple NCAA championships. As a coach, Rory has spent over 14 years identifying the most effective ways of moving through the water. Rory has worked with triathletes aiming to finish their first race through to Ironmen completing at World Champs.

Rory specialises on coaching triathletes to be more efficient swimmers through the program he has developed that can be accessed from anywhere in the world via his website

Huw Darnell

Huw’s passion is leading people from pain to performance helping athletes optimise their movement, nutrition and lifestyle, so they can reach their potential and come back from injury as a better athlete. Huw specialises in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal problems, getting athletes back to performing at their highest level, using science based methods and drawing from wide ranging experience.

Huw has worked with over a 1000 athletes from amateur to professional levels in numerous sports including, Football (AFL & NEAFL), Rugby League (NRL & QRL), Rugby Union (U20’s Qld Reds, Premier Grade & Qld Samoa), Rowing (Aus U23’s & Qld), Swimming (Qld, PNG & KOR), Fencing (Aus), Archery (Aus), Australian Wheelchair Rugby, Triathlon (Aus) and many more. Huw has worked in professional sport with the Brisbane Lions AFL, rebuilding individuals post surgery and solving complex rehabilitation problems with circus performers.

Kat Krosch

Upon graduation from the Australian Catholic University, Kat has established a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sport physiotherapy.

Kat is a high level triathlete, and has competed in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, and has also represented Australia at the Triathlon age group world championships. Due to her endurance and cycling background, she offers Physiotherapy Bike Fit, as well as running gait analysis.

She is also one of the physiotherapists who manages Brothers Rugby Union, for many years where she has been involved in strapping, on field management and rehabilitation of the players.

Kat has done further studies in sports physiotherapy, dry needling and also instructs Pilates classes at Junction Road physiotherapy.
