CF Racing camps welcome athletes of all abilities from beginners through to Kona qualifiers with at least three coaches present to lead different groups. Usually 4 days in duration you will have the opportunity to stretch yourself through some tough sessions but also have some downtime to enjoy the beautiful locations.
All camps include: multiple training sessions, information sessions eg diet, strength etc, and race previews and tactics (for the next major race). You will have the opportunity to learn from great CF Coaches, experts in nutrition and strength etc and senior athletes with many podiums and Kona’s between them.
A highlight of the camps is always the social part. An opportunity to mix with other like minded athletes, share a meal and a few beers and build lasting friendships. Whilst we take our training very seriously, we never forget that this sport is meant to be fun.
